Professional Mental Health Therapy

Compassionate, Client-Centered Care

Hey you. Are you feeling stressed, stuck and overwhelmed? Being in that space can be hard, but you’re here, so first step down. I have found that clients who have the most success under my care share some commonalities. I tend to work well with teens and emerging adults who are curious about self, ready for change and willing to learn to be kind to themselves. My specialties are working with anxiety and depression. Knowing I am always on your team means I will support you in your goals, even when I need to keep us on track or call you out on a blindspot.

I’m a therapist that tends to ask a lot of questions because I genuinely want to get to know you. I like to look at the entire picture—you are multi-faceted and there is rarely one answer that applies to the whole.

Things my clients may hear me say include: “Have you heard of the window of tolerance?”; “I see someone who is trying their best.”; And the ever popular, “What the f.” My therapeutic approach is catered to your goals. It will be rooted in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Family Systems and Feminist Theory.

I apply a trauma-informed lens to all my cases. Highlighting systems of oppression impacting your lived experience is part of how I work. If you’re in a space where you’re open and ready for change I can help.
